This "enhanced" student-level Bb clarinet is made from durable ABS plastic and is designed for the "advancing beginner." It has nickel-plated keys, and comes in a "deluxe" back-pack style case. From Buffet: Buffet Crampon reaffirms its position as the world market leader by introducing a totally new student clarinet for young clarinetists. Accessibility and reliability come first and foremost with the Premium clarinet. Acoustically, its new processed bore, fashioned after the celebrated E13 and E12F models, allows an ease of play and flow unprecedented in the student clarinet market. The Premium clarinet also benefits from the know-how of French craftsmanship, resulting in very balanced, accurate notes. At the heart of the instrument, its plastic joints are made of ABS polymer resin, molded in France to ensure a consistent and highly responsive level of quality control. The tone holes are precision-drilled by digitally calibrated machines at the Buffet Crampon facility in Markneukirchen, Germany. Its Keywork is assembled in our Beijing, China factory, established for this purpose in 2015.
